Regular exams allow your vet to identify and address potential health problems while providing personalized advice on their unique needs.​
Travel Fee | $75
The travel fee covers the costs associated with traveling to your location to provide care for your pet. The travel fee is charged per appointment, not per pet.
Sick Pet Exam | $100
MVS comes equipped to diagnose and treat most ailments. We do not provide x-rays, ultrasound, surgery, or hospitalization - if your pet needs these services, we will provide a referral.
Mobile Pharmacy
McGee Veterinary Service offers most prescriptions for in-home purchase.
Lab Work
Courier Fee | $75
The courier fee offsets costs incurred in transporting samples from your residence to the lab. Most lab results are available the next day. The courier fee is charged per appointment, not per test.
Valley Fever Testing | $130
Valley fever testing is recommended if your pet is experiencing signs of Valley fever (lethargy, coughing, limping, intermittent illness).

Fecal Testing | $70
Fecal testing detects common intestinal parasites and giardia. Fecal testing is recommended for all puppies and kittens at their initial wellness exam, or if your pet is experiencing chronic or bloody diarrhea.
Urine Testing | $100
Urine testing is recommended if your pet is straining to urinate, has blood in their urine, has frequent urination, or has had a change in their urinary habits.

Allergy Management
Cytopoint Injections
Cytopoint is a medication for dogs that addresses persistent itching and inflammation of the skin due to allergies. If needed, we can perform monthly Cytopoint injections. Please contact us for information regarding pricing.
Pain & Arthritis Management
MVS provides a multi-modal pain management plan that is individualized to each pet. Senior pets benefit greatly from in-home pain assessments and custom treatment plans.
Librela Injections | $80 - $110
Librela is a medication for dogs to manage pain associated with osteoarthritis. If needed, we can perform monthly Librela injections.
Solensia Injections | $85/vial
Solensia is a medication specifically designed for cats to manage pain associated with osteoarthritis. If needed, we can perform monthly Solensia injections. Cats larger than 15.5 lbs require two vials.
Adequan Injections | $110/vial (multi-dose)
Adequan Canine is different than other treatment options because it's the only FDA-approved drug that has been shown to slow down and even reverse cartilage deterioration in a dog's joints.
Joint Supplements
Dasuquin Advanced with Eggshell Membrane provides antioxidant support, supports cartilage matrix production, and inhibits certain enzymes that break down cartilage.
At-Home Euthanasia
McGee Veterinary Service provides compassionate at-home euthanasia and attends to aftercare. If you aren't sure that it is the right time for euthanasia, we can examine your pet to devise the best plan for your family. After-hours euthanasia is available.
